2019-2020 KSEF Events and Sponsorship Features/Pricing
KSEF has four major events annually to support its philanthropic activities throughout its calendar year. These activities are: 1) 29th Annual KSEF Valentines Extravaganza; 2) 30th Annual KSEF Scholarship Luncheon; 3) 30th Annual KSEF Golf Outing; 4) KSEF “Biggest Loser” Weight Loss Challenge and 5k Walk/Run. Below provides details for each event:
29th Annual KSEF Valentines Extravaganza
Saturday Feb 8, 2020 at the August Wilson African Cultural Center (AWC). The primary goal for the evening is to raise scholarship funds for college students from Western Pennsylvania. Additional goals for the evening are to raise funds to support mentoring and other services throughout the community as well as provide the premier black-tie event for in our region. This event will include a concert by national recording En Vogue. En Vogue is one of the top 5 all-time selling female groups with more than $20 million records sold worldwide. AWC provides the ambience and intimacy for incredible events. Ticket features as follows:

30th Annual KSEF Scholarship Luncheon
The 30th Annual KSEF Luncheon will take place on Saturday June 8, 2020. This is our annual event in which we honor and celebrate our outstanding minority high school seniors from Western PA. This event has historically been held at the LeMont Restaurant. The sponsor packages below provides details.
35th Annual KSEF Golf Outing
The 35th Annual KSEF Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday July 18, 2020 at the historic & renowned River Forest Country Club in Freeport, PA. Come play a round and support our annual event in which we promote the game of golf, networking and forging new friendships. Partnering with KSEF opens doors of opportunity for both today and future leaders. Sponsors are invited to participate in the tournament and receive benefits according to their sponsorship level.
This Annual Tournament is a terrific way for you and friends to enjoy a great afternoon on the course and help raise money in support of minority college students. Gather a foursome and enjoy the day. Or, register as a single golfer and we will add you to a foursome with our on-site golf coordinator the day of the tournament. After eighteen holes, we will gather in the clubhouse for post golf activities including dinner, refreshments and award ceremony. Non-golfers & volunteers are invited to join in the after golf festivities. Awards will be presented to each golfer who finishes the tournament with the lowest scores, longest drive, closest to pin and many more.
3rd Annual KSEF “Biggest Loser” Weight Loss Challenge and 5K Walk/Run
The Biggest Loser Challenge will commence June 2020 with the 5K Walk/Run occurring August 2020. $2,500 to support the KSEF health initiative which will commence in June 2020 with monthly activities centered weight loss, weight management, proper diet/nutrition and exposure to different forms of exercise. This initiative will include a contest like a “The Biggest Loser” to encourage achievement of goals. The culmination of these activities will be the 3rd annual KSEF 5K walk/run to be held July 2020 at North Park.
